Woolentex was founded in 2018 in Margilan, a town that has woven cloth for centuries. We make worsted wool and wool-blend fabrics for uniforms and suits, from yarn to finished bolt.
Our story
Margilan is known across Central Asia for its silk: adras and atlas have been woven here for generations. Woolentex brings that same attention to the thread to worsted wool, with modern equipment and the full process in one place.
We started in 2018 with a simple aim: to make uniform and suiting cloth in Uzbekistan to the same standard buyers used to import. Today we supply garment factories, state programmes and tailors across the country and abroad.
