The order, step by step

Request
Call, write on Telegram or WhatsApp, or send the request from a fabric page. Tell us the article or the use, colour and quantity.

Swatches
We send swatches with spec sheets so you can judge colour and handle.

Quote
You receive a price, lead time and delivery terms for your quantity.

Contract and payment
We sign a contract. Payment terms: to be confirmed.

Production
Stock articles ship from the warehouse; others are woven to order.
06
Delivery
Bolts leave with tickets and documents, by your transport or ours.

We ship outside Uzbekistan. Here is what to expect.

Swatches abroad
Swatches and spec sheets are sent by courier. Delivery time: to be confirmed.
Delivery terms
Incoterms: EXW / FCA / DAP, to be confirmed.
Documents
Export documents and certificate of origin: to be confirmed.
Language
We correspond in English, Russian and Uzbek.

Can I see the price list?

Prices depend on the article, quantity and terms, so we quote each request. Most quotes go out within time to confirm.

Can I order a colour that is not in the catalogue?

Yes. See custom development: we match colour to your sample.
